What You'll Do
- Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Evaluate and handle a variety of items
- Organize and maintain store inventory
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Learn pawn shop operations and company procedures
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Must pass a background check
